Important update on the COVID-19 Virus from One Community Health
We are conducting screening questionnaires of all patients who come in for appointments and those who call to make appointments to see if they have symptoms of COVID-19 or any other respiratory virus. Based on any symptoms, we will advise patients about the next steps they should take.
We want you to know that we are prepared and confident that we can help you should you or a family member become ill. We are in constant contact with local and state health officials to ensure we are at the taking all the proper precautions to ensure your safety.
There are simple things you can do to keep yourself and others healthy:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
We will post new information as it becomes available.
