GROWING WITH OUR COMMUNITY

Over the past 10 years, One Community Health has grown alongside our community—expanding access to care for more patients and families.

OCH provided care to 22,347 unduplicated patients in 2025.

EXPANDING CARE AND SERVICES

We continue to expand services and locations to meet the evolving needs of our community.

Recent growth includes:

• Carmichael Health Center opened in 2024
• Expanded perinatal and maternal health services
• In 2025, the Street Medicine Program was launched, bringing care directly to those that need it most
