Every Woman Counts
Provides free or low-cost mammograms and cervical cancer screenings.
Services
- Mammogram and breast exams for women over 40
- Cervical Cancer screenings for women over 21
Eligibility
- California Resident
- Have no or limited insurance (such as Restricted Medi-Cal)
- Not receiving these services from Medi-Cal or another agency
- Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty
- Level
Family PACT (Planning, Access, Care, and Treatment)
The program helps cover people who are of childbearing age with comprehensive medical knowledge, assistance, and services relating to the planning of families.

- Sexually Transmitted Infection testing
- Limited Cancer Screening services

- You must be able to get pregnant or cause a pregnancy
- Your income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty income guidelines
Medi-Cal PRUCOL – Are you in the process of becoming a U.S. Citizen?
PRUCOL or Person Residing under Color of Law is for people who have some type of visa or legal status and no court date for removal. It helps cover costs for disabled or pregnant young adults.
Services
- MassHealth Family Assistance is available to adults and children with household incomes up to 300% FPL
- MassHealth Common Health is available to children who are disabled and young adults (19 and 20-year- olds) who are disabled and have incomes up to 150% FPL
- MassHealth Standard is available for pregnant individuals up to 200% FPL
Eligibility
- Those with pending application for lawfully permitted status, those with DACA, or those who are not being actively deported
Healthy Partners
Provides primary and preventative health care services to low-income, undocumented adults residing in Sacramento County.
Services
- Primary Health care including health and behavioral health services
- Women’s Health
- Preventative care (including immunizations, flu shots)
- Treatment of chronic conditions
- Lab and radiology
- Low-cost prescription medications
Eligibility
- Adults age 19 years old or older
- Sacramento County residents
- Income at or below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Restricted scope Medi-Cal with applicable Aid Code
- Those that do not have health insurance or cannot get health insurance
SPIRIT Program
Sacramento Physicians’ Initiative to Reach out, Innovate and Teach (SPIRIT) program of the Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society (SSVMS) has worked to increase access to specialty healthcare for underserved residents of our region.

- All documents pertaining to referral, such as lab work, x-rays, or consult notes will be sent with the referral
Surgery Without Borders Program
The Surgery Without Borders Program by CSF Foundation provides support for underserved communities to improve equity and promote access to quality care.

Eligibility/Qualifications
- Must be low income or uninsured
Patients pay a reduced cost for surgeries up to 80% of the normal surgery cost for the benefit of the uninsured patient
UMI Community Imaging Clinic
Providing free diagnostic and screening ultrasound procedures to members of the community who are uninsured or unable to pay for the potentially life-saving procedure. No insurance is required to use their services. No patient will be turned away for inability to pay.

Diagnostic and Screening Ultrasounds for head, soft tissue neck, chest, breast (one or both), abdomen, renal and aortic nodes, kidneys, transvaginal non-ob, pelvis non-ob, scrotum and doppler, carotid screening, duplex scan (lower and upper extremities), transcranial doppler, duplex scan of aorta, IVC, iliac vasculature
