One Community Health has three locations, two of which provide healthcare services to the greater Sacramento community.
Wind Youth Clinic
For emergencies and unexpected healthcare problems, we offer round-the-clock coverage. If you need to reach a healthcare provider after hours, please call 916 443-3299 and let them know you are from One Community Health. However, if you are experiencing a serious or life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
Wind Youth Services serves homeless youth. We provide medical care twice a week on Tuesdays 9:00-1:00 and Thursdays 1:00-5:00. We also do HIV testing and counseling, and provide resources for those who identify as transgender/nonbinary.
