Make sure your goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and include a Time Commitment.

Measurable: Keep a log and make a note of each day’s efforts.
Achievable: Make sure the goal isn’t too large to reach.
Realistic: Is this a goal you’re good with and likely to reach?
