One Community Health is proud to be recognized as a 2026 Nonprofit of Distinction by Mayor Kevin McCarty. This recognition reflects our continued commitment to delivering compassionate, equitable care and strengthening the health of the communities we serve across Sacramento.

Honoring the Work Behind the Mission

Being named a Nonprofit of Distinction is an acknowledgment of the collective effort behind our work. Every day, our staff, providers, and care teams show up with dedication and heart, building trusting relationships with patients and meeting people where they are. This honor belongs to them and to the patients and community members who place their trust in One Community Health.

Since our founding, One Community Health has remained rooted in care, equity, and connection. As a nonprofit community health center, our mission is centered on removing barriers to care and ensuring that everyone, regardless of background or ability to pay, has access to high‑quality, affirming health services. This recognition affirms the importance of that mission and the impact of community‑based care.

We are grateful to the Mayor Kevin McCarty for recognizing our work and to the Sacramento community for the partnerships, support, and collaboration that make it possible. Together, we will continue working toward a healthier, more connected Sacramento.
