One Community Health Well Child Visits Include Lead Screening – February 24, 2020

One Community Health knows how important this testing is and routinely tests all children at one and two years of age.

We also make sure that all children under the age of six have a documented lead test result and will test those who don’t. Because we want the best care for all of our patients, any child who has recently immigrated to the United States receives this test as well.

Important screening tests, like the one for lead, are an important part of well child visits. Our dedicated pediatric team encourages parents and caregivers to make sure children receive regular well child visits to help them grow up healthy.
