Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services (Website)
Our low-cost immigration legal services help eligible individuals navigate the complexities of obtaining lawful status in the United States. Our team consists of a Managing Attorney and several Department of Justice accredited representatives.

One Community Health Front Desk Red Cards (All Locations)
All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The Immigration Legal Resource Center’s Red Cards are a valuable tool for asserting these rights and defending oneself in situations like encounters with ICE agents at home. Red Cards for Immigration Awareness are available at the front desk of all One Community Health Locations.

Provides services on a voluntary, walk-in basis to Sacramento County residents of all ages who are experiencing a mental health and/or co-occurring substance abuse crisis, regardless of their ability to pay. MHUCC is an alternative to emergency departments for those in crisis or experiencing an urgent mental health need and seeking mental health care.

With One Community Health, we treat these issues at our walk-in clinic:

• Common Illnesses & Infections: Get quick treatment for ear, eye, and sinus infections, skin concerns, urinary tract infection (UTI) testing and treatment, incision and drainage of abscesses, and other minor illnesses.
• Testing for Common Illnesses in Children: Get access to influenza, rapid strep, rapid and PCR COVID-19, and RSV testing for children 5 and younger.
• Free At-Home COVID-19 Tests: Always available for patients to take home.
• Lab Results: You’ll have fast access to lab results.
• Immunizations & Health Tests: Stay protected and up-to-date with immunizations, titers, PPD tests, and sexual health testing.
• Women’s Health: This specialized care addresses urgent women’s health issues. We also provide Plan B prescriptions.
• Acute injuries: Get treatment for fractures, lacerations, nosebleeds, foreign body removal, and splinter removal. We also offer trigger finger injections and removal of ingrown toenails.
• STI Treatment and Testing: With One Community Health, you have access to STI testing and treatment, rapid HIV testing and rapid syphilis tests, PrEP for HIV, Post Exposure for HIV (PEP), Doxy PEP, and antiretroviral therapy (ART) quick start for new HIV diagnoses or re-engagement in ART treatment.
• New Pregnancy: We provide counseling so you know all of your options.

PLEASE NOTE: For our Walk-In Clinic, our medical team doesn’t handle routine physicals, work-related illnesses or injuries, or controlled substance medication refills. Please visit your primary care provider for these requests.
