Yes, we have discounted medications for One Community Health patients who get prescriptions written by One Community Health providers. We offer competitive pricing for cash paying patients.
Yes! We deliver medications to patients’ homes via courier. You must live within 15 miles of our One Community Health Midtown clinic to utilize our FREE delivery service. All requests for deliveries must be made before 5 pm to ensure delivery for the next business day. There are no deliveries on the weekend, so any prescription requested on a Friday will arrive at your home on Monday. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 2pm and 8pm, and an adult must be home to sign for the package from the courier. The delivery will be attempted once. If no one is home the medication will be returned to the pharmacy by noon the next day.
For patients outside the Midtown clinic’s 15-mile range, we offer FREE FedEx Ground and USPS delivery service. For FedEx delivery, a signature will be required upon delivery (due to COVID-19 this requirement may be waived, but someone must be home to receive the delivery). The delivery will be attempted 3 times. After 3 failed attempts the medication will be returned to the pharmacy.
No problem! If you have no refills, please contact our One Community Health pharmacy staff and we will get in touch with your provider for you. We are located in the same facility as our Midtown clinic providers. This enables us to communicate rapidly with them, affording a quick turn-around time for new refills. Please keep in mind that new refills take anywhere between 3-5 business days, depending on the day you request the refill and the provider’s schedule. We will also coordinate with your provider to obtain a prior authorization with your insurance company should you need one.
It is convenient—there is no need to stop at the pharmacy or wait for prescriptions to be filled after leaving the clinic. It is easy for our patients—the on-site pharmacy will fill and deliver prescriptions, work directly with care providers to coordinate prescription insurance issues, such as prior authorization to prevent any delays in starting medications. It provides cost savings opportunities for our patients—One Community Health has access to not-for-profit programs that can help patients save money on prescriptions. By filling your prescriptions with us, you will support the mission and vision of our health center. We get you – We are sensitive to your needs and offer a respectful environment for the LGBTQ+ community.
Absolutely. We are an open-door pharmacy and will fill prescriptions from outside providers. If you have insurance, your co-pay will be the same anywhere.
We stock all commonly prescribed medications, including all HIV medications, as well as hormone preparations. If there is something you need that we don’t have, we can order it for the next business afternoon. Our pharmacists are highly knowledgeable and are available to discuss your prescriptions and answer any questions you may have about them.
We take all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Unfortunately, we do not sell over-the-counter items currently.
