Executive Team Profile

Robert Beaudry, Chief Operating Officer

Robert has been part of the One Community Health (OCH) executive leadership team since June of 2022. Robert received his BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and his MS in Management/Organizational Leadership from Regis University.

 

Prior to joining OCH, Robert served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the California Primary Care Association (CPCA) for 15 years. CPCA is the statewide leader and recognized voice representing the interests of California community health centers and their patients. Prior to CPCA, Robert served as Director of Facilities and Information Technologies at the Sacramento Children’s Home.

 

Robert is active in the non-profit community and has served on the board of IFoster, a national organization working with foster youth and their caregivers, as well Wind Youth Services, CalHIPSO, and the YMCA.

 

Throughout his many years working and serving the non-profit community in the Sacramento region Robert witnessed first-hand the barriers to health that many in his community face every day. “At OCH we are not just providing healthcare we are improving the health of our community, that’s why I am here.”
