Laboratory

One Community Health offers complete lab services at the Midtown and Arden-Arcade locations. We partner with Quest Diagnostics, a local laboratory, for many of our lab services. Thus, we can perform many tests in the clinic without having to go to the lab. 

Getting your labs done at One Community Health is a hassle-free process. You can visit the on-site laboratory within One Community Health and check in using your name and birthday. To ensure each individual is able to receive service on the same day, please arrive 60 minutes prior to our closing time.

Here are the details for the two Quest lab locations at One Community Health:

Midtown Campus: 1500 21st Street, Sacramento, CA 95811

The Quest lab is located on the second floor of Building B, across from the front desk.

Hours of operation:
– Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 7:00 pm
– Friday: 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
– Saturday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Arden-Arcade Campus: 1442 Ethan Way, Sacramento, CA 95825

The front desk staff will direct you to Quest.

Hours of operation:
– Monday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
– Tuesday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
– Wednesday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
– Thursday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
– Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
