Shelley Bailey, Chief Compliance Officer

Shelly Bailey joined One Community Health in February of 2022. After completing her Juris Doctorate at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, she served for 22 years as Senior Assistant County Attorney for Boulder County District Attorney’s Office in Boulder Colorado. She then served as the Corporate Privacy Program Manager at Texas Health Resources in Arlington Texas for over 4 years.

Her background includes practicing multiple areas of law in the areas of healthcare, employment, first amendment, mental health, and civil rights to leading the Privacy Department at one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the United States and the largest in North Texas in terms of inpatients and outpatients served.
