Always lock the doors.
Even if the car is in the garage, keep the doors locked to prevent curious children from climbing inside.

Leave one on your dashboard when your baby is in the backseat.

Buy yourself the child safety mirror that attaches to your rearview mirror so that you can see your child at all times.
