Values Statement

My commitment to community health is both professional and deeply personal. For more than 17 years, I worked in HIV advocacy and harm reduction, supporting people facing stigma, limited access to care, and systemic barriers.

I believe that healthcare should be accessible, respectful, and responsive to real community needs. My experience navigating healthcare systems for myself and my family has given me a practical understanding of how decisions at the leadership level impact people in everyday life.

As a Board member, I am committed to bringing a grounded perspective, supporting thoughtful growth, and helping ensure that care remains high-quality, accessible, and truly community-centered.
